How to read this data

Sources. All figures come from two public record sets: public contracts (including approved public change orders, which are reflected in each contract's current value) and published award notices. Solicitations that have not reached a published award do not appear in these analytics.

Update cadence. Data updates as the Procurement Office publishes awards and records contract changes. Pages may cache results for up to five minutes, so a newly published record can take a few minutes to appear.

Fiscal year. The City's fiscal year follows the calendar year. FY 2026 covers January through December 2026.

Sealed bids. The contents of sealed bids are never shown before award publication. While a solicitation is open, the only public signal is the solicitation itself; bid amounts, bidder identities, and evaluation details become public only after the award is published.
